With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, and holistic wellness, I bring advanced clinical skill and international training to every treatment.

I began my career in 1997 and went on to co-found Raynor Massage, an internationally recognised massage and naturopathy training organisation that operated across 12 countries. This foundation shaped a deeply results-focused, highly adaptive approach to bodywork that continues to guide my practice today.

My specialty is advanced therapeutic massage, with a focus on Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage (pre and postnatal), and Deep Tissue / Remedial therapy. Each session is fully tailored to your body and may integrate a range of techniques depending on your needs on the day.

For lymphatic treatments, I use precise drainage techniques supported by remedial and relaxation and stretching methods to encourage fluid movement and reduce congestion. Deep tissue and remedial sessions combine targeted deep tissue work, sports massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and emotional release to address chronic tension, pain, and postural imbalance. Pregnancy massage is carefully adapted with safe positioning and tailored pressure, often integrating relaxation, lymphatic support, and postural release techniques to support comfort and wellbeing.

Alongside massage, I offer private Pilates sessions designed to improve strength, posture, mobility, and long-term body awareness. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and often complement massage treatment outcomes, supporting recovery, alignment, and injury prevention.
