Before purchasing products from this website, we may require you to enter into the applicable purchase agreement and complete any other necessary documentation.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All discounted massages and package deals purchased through Wellness World are non-refundable. All packages are valid for six months from the date of payment after which they expire and cannot be redeemed. By purchasing a discounted massage or package, you acknowledge and you agree that no refunds for cash will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Wellness World and keep Wellness World indemnified against any liability, loss, or damage we may sustain as a result of any breach, act, or omission arising directly or indirectly from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms of Use by you or your representatives.

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Wellness World

is limited, at our option, as follows:

a) Where the products are services:

  2. The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again
